摘要
随着汽车发动机各系统部件的增多,电控程度的复杂,各部件之间的相互影响增多,其维修难度越来越高,基于此提出基于贝叶斯网络的故障诊断方法,以电控发动机不能起动为例,通过贝叶斯网络计算出电控发动机不能起动时相关部件发生故障的概率,得出故障排除时的先后顺序,更好地进行故障诊断。结果表明,该方法可以有效地解决复杂系统的故障诊断问题,提高维修人员的维修效率。
Along with the increase in car engine system components,the complexity of engine electronic control system will improve,the mutual influence between them will also increase,the difficulty of maintenance is higher and higher,based on the troubleshooting method,Bayesian network is put forward.Bayesian network can find out the failure probability of all parts of the electronically controlled gasoline injection system when the engine is unable to start,and obtain the finite sequence of troubleshooting.The results show that the method can effectively solve the troubleshooting of complex systems,so as to improve the maintenance efficiency of maintenance personnel.
