摘要
文章使用三维FIRE软件对某汽油机排气后处理系统进行分析,主要计算载体前端的速度均匀性系数,各段压力损失及评价氧传感器位置是否合理。基于三维CFD计算结果,对载体前后端管路进行优化设计,实现载体入口气流速度均匀性系数满足评价标准,并且降低整体模型的压力损失。
In this paper,a post-processing system of a gasoline engine is analyzed by using three-dimensional FIRE software.The velocity uniformity coefficient of the front of the catalysts,the pressure loss of each section and the evaluationof the position of oxygen sensor are calculated.Based on the results of three-dimensional CFD calculation,the front and back pipe of the catalysts are optimized.As result,the uniformity coefficient of the inlet velocity of the carrier meet the evaluation criteria and the pressure loss of the overall model reduced.
