全气动宽度自调节车身吊装装置主要包括框架体及吊爪,在框架体上平行间隔设有若干个滑轨,在每个滑轨的两端均卡接有一与其滑动连接的滑块,在每个滑块上设有一吊爪,在每个滑轨内设有一双向丝杆,双向丝杆的的两端部与滑轨内的两滑块螺纹连接,在框架体的中部设有一动力装置,动力装置的输出端与传动轴相连,传动轴与滑轨及双向丝杆相垂直设置,传动轴通过传动装置与每个滑轨内的双向丝杆相连,整个机构由气动控制系统及机械机构有机组合,结构设计合理,能够调节吊爪的宽度,使其能够适应不同尺寸的车身,并且吊爪能够自动对正夹紧车身,使其一次性放置就能够满足车身的定位、吊起,提高了生产效率,减轻了工人的劳动强度,降低了工人工作时的危险性。

Full pneumatic width self-adjusting body lifting device mainly consists of frame body and lifting claw.There are several sliding rails parallel to each other on the frame body.A sliding block connected with the sliding block is clamped at both ends of each sliding rail.A lifting claw is arranged on each sliding block.A two-way screw rod is arranged in each sliding rail,and two ends of the two-way screw rod are arranged in the sliding rail.There is a power device in the middle of the frame body.The output end of the power device is connected with the transmission shaft.The transmission shaft is vertical to the slideway and the two-way screw rod.The transmission shaft is connected with the two-way screw rod in each slideway through the transmission device.The whole mechanism is organically combined by the pneumatic control system and the mechanical mechanism.The design of the structure is reasonable,the width of the lifting claw can be adjusted to adapt to different sizes of the body,and the lifting claw can automatically clamp the body,so that the one-time placement of the lifting claw can meet the positioning and lifting of the body,improve the production efficiency,reduce the labor intensity of workers,and reduce the risk of workers working.
