为践行"品质优先规模"的战略,坚持走质量效益型道路,就是要坚持以高水准的供应商资源开发和高品质、低成本的零部件开发过程为依托的供方APQP管理。构建零部件管理流程,提高新产品开发过程中的零部件开发的质量水平,为整车和动力总成开发提供高品质的零部件。故此次论文着重在APQP管理流程中的零部件开发过程,从定点前活动阶段开始,将整车厂商APQP管理的定位、总体目标、过程识别和流程方法等进行阐述。

In practice the strategy of"quality priority scale",adhere to the quality and efficiency of the road is to adhere to the supplier of the high level of resource development and high-quality,low-cost components development process relying for APQP.Building parts management processes and improve the quality level of the components developed in the new product development process,and provide a high flat parts for the vehicle and powertrain development.Therefore,this paper focuses on the APQP management processes in the component development process,from the fixed-point pre-stage,positioning,the overall objective of the Division I APQP process to identify and process methods described.
