长期以来我国的医疗服务价格普遍偏低,价格制定后调整周期长,而药品及医用耗材价格居高不下,从而导致医院的收入结构不合理,医疗费用增长过快,不能体现医务人员的劳动价值。通过分析原因,探讨建立一套符合我国国情,满足医疗卫生行业特殊性和复杂性的医疗服务价格动态调整机制,使医疗服务成本随着市场价格的变动而及时通过价格调整得到补偿,规范医疗行为,促使公立医疗机构真正回归公益性质。

For a long time,the price of medical services in China has been generally low and once the price was set,the adjustment period was very long.However the prices of medicines and medical consumables remain high.As a result the income structure of the hospital was unreasonable.The medical expense is growing and the value of la-bor of medical personnel is low.Through the analysis of reasons establishing a set of medical service price dynamic adjustment mechanism to conform to the present situation of our country and meet medical industry particularity and complexity.This mechanism could adjust the cost of medical service with changes in the market price through price adjustments and timely compensation,standardize the medical behavior and return to the public nature of public medi-cal institutions for real.
