标准化建设是进一步规范社区卫生服务、提升社区卫生服务能力的重要途径,深圳市在社区卫生服务中心标准化建设方面进行积极探索,积累了丰富经验。详细介绍了深圳市宝安区福永街道社区卫生服务机构标准化建设工作的做法,并从体系建设、工作落实、服务水平、创新能力、绩效考核等方面回顾了标准化建设取得的成效,分析了我国社区卫生服务发展中存在的问题,并结合实际情况提出建议。

Standardization construction was an important way to further standardize community health services(CHS)and improve the ability of CHS.Shenzhen has actively explored the standardization construction of community health service centers(CHCs)and accumulated rich experience.This study introduced in detail the practice of standardization construction of CHCs in Fuyong Street Bao an District Shenzhen,and systematically reviewed the effectiveness of standardization construction in terms of system construction,work implementation,service level,innovation capability performance appraisal etc.In addition,we analyzed the problems in the development of CHS in China and put forward related strategies according to the actual work conditions.
