Risk Assessment of Medical Safety in Public Hospitals in Shenzhen City

目的分析深圳市公立医院医疗安全风险的各关联因素,构建医疗安全风险防范模型。方法通过文献分析法对影响医疗安全风险的因素和指标进行筛选,运用灰度关联分析法对2013年1月—2016年12月深圳市48家公立医院8 947例医疗事故和医疗风险排查案例进行关联分析。结果深圳市当前医疗安全风险关联度前10位的依次是对医疗机构信任度、家庭经济水平、是否有专职医疗风险控制人员、媒体炒作、是否配合诊疗规范、医护人员是否积极参与医患沟通、是否制定和执行风险报告制度、患者及其家属是否熟悉诊疗规程、对医护人员信任度和社会观念。内部验证均方差(RMSECV)为0.839 2,预测平均相对误差(RME)为0.047 8。结论该模型的评价指标均相对较好,模型的预测效果较好,说明该模型有较好的适用度,其泛化能力较强。

Objective To analyze the related factors of medical safety risk in Shenzhen public hospital and construct the risk prevention model of medical safety.Methods Through literature analysis the factors and indicators that affect the risk of medical safety were screened and8947cases of medical accidents and medical risk investigation cases in48public hospitals in Shenzhen from January2013to December2016were analyzed by gray correlation analysis.Results The top10factors associated with medical security risk degree of Shenzhen were trust in medical institutions,family economic level,a full-time medical risk control personnel,media speculation,with the standard of diagnosis and treatment,medical staff involved in the doctor-patient communication actively,the development and implementation of risk reporting system,familiar with the diagnosis and treatment procedure by patients and their family members trust in the medical staff and the concept of social.The internal verifying mean square deviation(RM-SECV)was0.8392,and the predicted mean relative error(RME)was0.0478.Conclusion The evaluation index of the model is relatively good,and the model has better prediction effect.It shows that the model has good applicability and strong generalization ability.
