接种DTaP-IPV/Hib五联疫苗后偶合横纹肌肉瘤死亡的1例流行病学分析

An Epidemiological Analysis of One Death Case of DTaP-IPV/Hib Vaccination Coupled with Rhabdomyosarcoma

目的调查一起接种DTaP-IPV/Hib五联疫苗偶合反应。方法对武汉市某区报告的1例接种DTaPIPV/Hib五联疫苗偶合横纹肌肉瘤病例进行流行病学分析。结果病理诊断及免疫组化结果显示,患儿符合胚胎性横纹肌肉瘤的临床症状。疫苗合格有效,接种过程符合规范。结论该病例与接种DTaP-IPV/Hib五联疫苗无因果关联,属于偶合症。

Objective To investigate a case of DTaP-IPV/Hib vaccination coupling reaction.Methods An epidemiological analysis was carried out on a case of DTaP-IPV/Hib vaccination coupled with rhabdomyosarcoma reported in Wuhan.Results The pathological diagnosis and immunohistochemistry showed that the patient’s condition was consistent with the clinical symptoms of embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma.The vaccine was qualified and effective and vaccination met the specification.Conclusion There was no causal association between the case and the inoculation of DTaP-IPV/Hib vaccine,which was a coincident case.
