产教融合教学模式的构建与实施是培养高素质技术技能型人才的根本途径。在国家制造业新的发展战略背景下,提升人才服务产业发展能力是高校培养人才的首要任务,应通过完善制度建设、加快学校内涵建设、拓宽产教融合路径、提升企业参与动力等措施,推进产教深度融合教学模式的构建与实施,以培养高素质高技能人才。

The constitution and implementation of the teaching model by integrating education and industrial production is the fundamental approach to cultivate high-quality skilled graduates.In context of national manufacturing industry’s new development strategy,the primary task of vocational college is to raise and develop the capability of graduates to serve the industry.By improving college regul ation and connotation construction,widening the path of integration,promoting corporation motives as well as guaranteeing quality,all these measures of integration model will cultivate a reasonable structured and excellent staff for the dream of a stron g manufacturing nation.
