本文阐述了SVG风机控制电路的设计,采用两路独立供电回路,设计电气联锁构成散热风机与预热风机互锁回路。通过电气联锁设计,避免两路用电设备同时启动。同时通过与控制机软件结合,散热风机可实现自动启停功能。本文介绍散热风机与预热风机的工作原理,该电路可以有效地解决设备运行和预热启动时电能的浪费问题。同时对该回路增设保护装置,可以有效地保护设备,不受电网电压波动等干扰。

This paper mainly summarizes the design of control circuit for SVG cooling fans.It uses two independent power supply circuit,design electrical interlock to consist cooling fans and preheat fansinterlock circuit.Through electrical interlock design,it can avoid device in two circuits starting at the same time.Moreover,through the combination with control software,cooling fans can achieve automatically start and stop function.The paper briefly describes the operation principle of cooling fans and preheating fans.This circuit can effectively resolve electric energy waste problem caused by running and preheating device.Meanwhile this circuit loop adds protect device,it can effectively protect device,avoid disturbance from power grid voltage fluctuation,etc.
