摘要
螺杆泵采油技术具有投资低、系统效率高、节能效果显明等优点。针对普照通螺杆泵耐温性能差,致使注汽后不能直接下泵生产,螺杆泵应用受到很大限制的问题,提出了采用高温螺杆泵在热采井和注采一体化井的应用解决方案,介绍了孤东油区稠油基本情况、高温螺杆泵采油技术、高温螺杆泵的研制和主要特点,并对现场应用效果作了分析等。实践证明,高温螺杆泵采油技术是一项低成本开采工艺技术,具有节能增产增效优点,特别适合于稠油区块的热采井开发应用,具有良好的推广应用价值。
Screw pump production technology has the advantages of low investment,high efficiency,energy saving effect is obvious.According to the ordinary screw pump poor temperature resistance properties,which cannot be directly aftersteam injection pump production,application of screw pump is restricted by the problems,puts forward the application of wells and injection in thermal recovery wells with high temperature pump integration solutions,introduces basic situation and main features of Gudong oilfield,high temperature heavy oil screw pump technology,high temperature of the screw pump,and the application effect is analyzed.Practice has proved that the high temperature screw pump technology is a low cost mining technology,energy-saving production efficiency advantages,well development suitable for thermal recovery of heavy oil block,has the good application value.
