摘要
加工零件表面一旦破损、断裂,其零件将会丧失使用功能,甚至其使役性能或气动性能都会受到影响,特别是复杂曲面零件表面,很难修复。通过数据采集运算单元采集并运算得到完整零件的原始曲面模型数据以及不规则的待修复曲面模型数据;然后通过3D反求技术首先提取获得与待修复的复杂表面相一致的三维实体模型;最终通过3D打印设备打印零件缺损部分实体,以便能精确得到与被损伤零件表面相一致的复杂待修复表面。
If the surface of parts is damaged,it not only loses its useful function and has influence on the causative performance or aerodynamic performance but also this surface is difficultly repaired.Through data acquisition and calculation,the model data of the original curved surface and the irregular curved surface to be repaired is obtained.The 3D reverse technology is used to extract 3D model consistent with complex surface to be repaired,then,the 3D printing equipment is used to print the defect entity of the parts,so that the complex surface to be repaired is obtained,which is consistent with the surface of damaged parts.
