摘要
针对熔模铸件典型结构所设计浇注系统的浇注方式进行详细说明,典型结构主要包括:套筒类、板类、圆环类、轮盘类以及壳体类,并对所涉及的重点进行了归纳。同时创造性地提出双金属熔模铸件浇注系统,对于加强单一材料铸件的力学性能及满足多种用途方面具有一定的参考价值。
The gating system for the typical structure of the investment casting is described in detail,the typical structure includes sleeve,plate,ring,wheel and shell structures.And the key points are summarized.At the same time,it is of great reference value to strengthening the mechanical properties of single material casting and meeting the needs of the various applications.
