摘要
为解决烟草梗预处理工艺路径长、生产线自动化水平低、现场扬尘量大、设备能耗较高、梗丝结构和填充值较低等问题,对烟梗预处理加工系统进行了优化改进。通过烟梗自动开麻包系统的优化应用,节约麻袋投资成本简化了工艺路径。通过新型的恒流量控制系统的应用,简化了设备;提高了产品工艺质量,省去了润梗工艺,降低了能耗,节约了设备投资成本,提高生产自动化水平。工作环境得到极大的改善,干燥后梗丝结构和填充值均上升。
To solve the long path of tobacco stems pretreatment process,low production line automation level,the large amount of dust,high energy consumption,lower stem structure and filling value,the tobacco stalk pretreatment processing system is optimized and improved.The optimized tobacco stem automatic unpacking system is used to save the sack investment cost for simplifying its processing and the new constant flow control system is used to improve the quality of the products,simplify the equipment,reduce the energy consumption and the equipment investment cost,improve the working environment greatly and make the stem structure and the filling value go up.
