摘要
设计一种变频调速的起重机械起升机构,分析其传动系统起动时所承受的动载特性。根据弹性理论对起重机起升机构进行理论分析与建模,运用MATLAB中的Simulink模块对该模型做系统仿真,以输出结果为依据对变频工况下起升机构的动载特性进行动力学分析与研究,结果表明应用变频调速技术可使起重机动载系数有效减小。
This article uses the frequency control technology to design the lifting mechanism for the crane,analyses the dynamic load characteristics of its transmission system at the start and the lifting mechanism of the crane according to the theory of elasticity and establishes its model,and then uses Simulink technical module in MATLAB to do the system simulation based on the output,the dynamic analysis and study of the dynamic load characteristics of the lifting mechanism under variable frequency conditions.It comes to the conclusion that the frequency control technology can be used to effectively reduce the dynamic load coefficient of the crane.
