摘要
使用有限元计算方法对某涡轮盘进行应力分析,得到涡轮盘应力分布和涡轮盘危险部位;采用局部应力应变法对该涡轮盘进行低循环疲劳寿命预测,证明该方法满足设计要求;对涡轮盘进行低循环疲劳试验,描述了试验加载方法,试验结果表明涡轮盘可满足5 200次寿命要求。
In this paper,the stress of a turbine disk is analyzed with finite element method,its stress distribution and the dangerous area are obtained and the local stress and strain-gauge method is used to predict the fatigue life.It is proved that this method meets the design requirements.The test results show that this turbine disk satisfies the requirement of LCF life of 5 200 cycles.
