摘要
以低压变频器集成监控为背景,提出一种基于PLC和触摸屏组成的低压变频器监控系统设计方案,由西门子S7-200 PLC、西门子MP277触摸屏以及多台支持modbus RTU或USS协议的低压变频器组成。PLC一方面接收变频器的参数与状态信息,另一方面将需要处理的数据信息转化,并发送给触摸屏显示。经验证,该系统能够实现变频器的集成监控,提高了工业系统的自动化水平,减少了人工巡检的工作量。
This paper proposes a design scheme for the monitoring system of the low voltage frequency converter with PLC and touch screen,The system is composed of SIEMENS S7-200 PLC,SIEMENS MP277 touch screen and a number of low-voltage frequency converters with modbus RTU or USS protocol.The PLC is not only used to receive the parameters and state information of the frequency converter,but also,process and transform the data and information which are sent to the touch screen to display.It can be used to improve the automation level of the industrial system and reduce the workload of manual inspection.
