摘要
发动机混装生产线防错系统是提高产品品质的重要保证。设计了一种基于嵌入式Linux和ARM微处理器的发动机混装生产线防错系统。介绍了系统的硬件构成与接口,主要包括二维码扫描模块、图像采集模块和运动控制模块;阐述了软件系统的设计,包括开发环境的建立、驱动程序的编写及系统软件的设计。最后对系统的可靠性进行了分析。
The mixed production line error prevention system for engines is an important guarantee of improving the quality of products.This paper designs a error prevention system of mixed production line for engines based on embedded Linux and ARM processors,introduces its hardware structure and interface.It mainly consists of two dimensional code scanning module,image acquisition module and motion control module.It also describes the design of software system,including the establishment of the development environment,the preparation of the driver and the design of the system software and then,analyzes the reliability of the system.
