Design and Implementation of Control System for Automatic Assembly Screw Machine

螺丝组装在工业生产中是非常普遍的一道工序,现以自动螺丝组装机为研究对象,研发了PLC控制器及相关自动化控制,具有人机交互功能的自动装配螺丝机控制系统,给出了相应的系统软件原理与结构。经实验验证表明,该系统运行稳定,有效提高了螺丝组装的自动化水平和生产效率。

Screw assembly is a very common process in the industrial production.This article takes automatic screw assembly machine as research object and develops PLC controller and related automatic control equipment.The control system of the automatic assembly screw machine has human-computer interaction function.It also gives out the corresponding system software principle and structure.The experimental results show that the system runs smoothly and can be used to effectively improve the automation level and production efficiency of the screw assembly.
