优化滚筒烘丝机控制模式降低干头干尾量

Optimizing Control Mode of Cylinder Dryer to Reduce Over-dried Cut Tobacco

针对HAUNI6500 kg/h KLD-2Z两段式滚筒烘丝机在生产过程中产生大量干头干尾烟丝的问题,对其运行状态和控制模式进行了分析,并对烘丝机现行两种加工模式(两区同温和前高后低)启动状态和收尾状态的控制模式进行了优化。优化后的运行结果表明,两段式滚筒烘丝机在两区同温控制模式下的平均干头干尾量下降43.46%;在筒壁温度前高后低控制模式下的平均干头干尾量下降41.47%。

Because a considerable amount of over-dried cut tobacco appears during the operation process of 6 500 kg/h HAUNI two-section cylinder dryer,its running state and control mode are analyzed,and the control mode of starting state and closing state of the cut tobacco dryer is optimized.The results after the optimization show that the averageamount of the over-dried cut tobacco is reduced by 43.46%under the control mode of two regional identical temperature and by 41.47%under the control mode of high to low emperature on the cylinder wall.
