摘要
目的:探讨孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:收治支气管哮喘患者83例,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用布地奈德治疗,观察组采用孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率和肺功能改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效显著。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods:83 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,the control group was treated with budesonide,the observation group was treated with montelukast sodium combined with budesonide,we compared the therapeutic effects between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate and pulmonary function improvement in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of montelukast sodium combined with budesonide in the treatment of bronchial asthma was significant.
