烯丙雌醇联合利托君治疗习惯性流产的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of allylestrenol combined with ritodrine in the treatment of habitual abortion

目的:探讨烯丙雌醇联合利托君治疗习惯性流产的效果。方法:收治习惯性流产患者58例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用烯丙雌醇治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用利托君治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组保胎成功率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后两组患者血清黄体酮及β-HCG水平均明显升高(P<0.01),且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:烯丙雌醇联合利托君治疗习惯性流产,可明显升高患者血清黄体酮及β-HCG水平,提高保胎成功率,临床效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of allylestrenol combined with ritodrine in the treatment of habitual abortion.Methods:58 patients with habitual abortion were selected,they were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with allylestradiol,the observation group was treated with ritodrine on the basis of the control group,we compared the therapeutic effects between the two groups.Results:The success rate of embryo protection of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,after treatment,the serum progesterone and beta-HCG levels were significantly higher in both groups(P<0.01),and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Allylestrenol combined with ritodrine in the treatment of habitual abortion can significantly increase the serum progesterone and beta-HCG levels,improve the success rate of fetal protection,the clinical effect was significant.
