巨大子宫肌瘤采用腹腔镜下肌瘤剔除术辅以亮丙瑞林的临床研究

Clinical study of laparoscopic myomectomy combined with leuprorelin in the treatment of huge uterine fibroids

目的:探讨对巨大子宫肌瘤采用腹腔镜下肌瘤剔除术辅以亮丙瑞林的临床效果。方法:收治巨大子宫肌瘤患者148例,分为对照组和研究组。对照组采用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗,研究组采用采用腹腔镜下肌瘤剔除术辅以亮丙瑞林治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组应用亮丙瑞林后的子宫体积、子宫肌瘤体积、促卵泡激素及黄体生成素水平均比治疗前显著减少(P<0.05)。研究组手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、住院时间、肌瘤复发率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:巨大子宫肌瘤采用腹腔镜下肌瘤剔除术辅以亮丙瑞林的临床效果显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy combined with leuprorelin in the treatment of huge uterine fibroids.Methods:148 patients with huge uterine fibroids were selected,they were divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy,the study group was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy combined with leuprorelin,we compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,uterine volume,uterine leiomyoma volume,follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone levels were significantly decreased than before treatment after leuprorelin treatment(P<0.05).In the study group,the operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative drainage,hospital stay,myoma recurrence rate were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy combined with leuprorelin in the treatment of huge uterine fibroids was significant.
