不同年龄段小儿实体恶性肿瘤疼痛治疗方法与效果观察

Observation on the treatment methods and effect of pain in solid malignant tumors in children of different ages

目的:探讨不同年龄段小儿实体恶性肿瘤疼痛的治疗方法与临床效果。方法:收治恶性肿瘤患儿51例,给予轻度患儿吲哚美辛栓剂治疗,中度疼痛则给予盐酸曲马多胶囊治疗。比较患儿治疗前后疼痛评分及生命体征,分析不同年龄段患儿使用镇痛药物的情况。结果:<3岁患儿使用镇痛药物的数量明显多于≥4岁患儿;患儿服用镇痛药物后疼痛评分明显低于药物服用前,数据差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予患儿镇痛药物能明显改善患者生命体征,减轻疼痛,且患儿术后化放疗疼痛更强烈,根据患儿年龄及疼痛程度的不同应选取不同的镇痛方法及药物。

Objective:To investigate the treatment methods and effect of pain in solid malignant tumors in children of different ages.Methods:51 children with malignant tumors were selected,mild children were given indomethacin suppository treatment,moderate pain was treated with tramadol hydrochloride capsule.We compared the pain scores and vital signs of children before and after treatment,and analyzed the use of analgesics in children of different ages.Results:The number of analgesics used by children under 3 years old was significantly higher than that of children over 4 years old,and the pain score of children after taking analgesics was significantly lower than that before taking drugs,the data differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Analgesic drugs can obviously improve the vital signs and alleviate the pain of the patients,and the postoperative chemotherapy and radiotherapy pain of the children is more intense.Different analgesic methods and drugs should be selected according to the age and degree of pain of the children.
