Clinical diagnosis and treatment of multiple injuries with abdominal trauma

目的:探讨以腹部外伤为主的多发伤临床诊疗分析。方法:收治以腹部外伤为主的多发伤患者81例,总结治疗和并发症情况。结果:经治疗后,治愈72例,死亡9例,患者并发症总发生率为14.81%。结论:在对以腹部外伤为主的多发伤患者进行治疗时,应快速、准确地进行临床诊断,并尽可能地选择手术治疗,主要是控制性手术,尽快控制出血现象,使死亡率下降。

Objective:To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of multiple injuries with abdominal trauma.Methods:81 cases of multiple trauma with abdominal trauma were collected.The treatment and complications were summarized.Results:After treatment,72 cases were cured,9 cases died,and the total incidence of complications was 14.81%.Conclusion:In the treatment of abdominal trauma patients with multiple trauma,it is necessary to make a rapid and accurate clinical diagnosis,and choose surgical treatment as far as possible,mainly controlled surgery,as soon as possible to control the bleeding,so as to reduce mortality.
