经尿道双极等离子电切术治疗前列腺增生的临床研究

Clinical research of transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic resection for prostatic hyperplasia

目的:探讨经尿道双极等离子电切术治疗前列腺增生的临床疗效。方法:收治前列腺增生患者80例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各40例。观察组采用经尿道双极等离子电切术,对照组采用传统的前列腺剜除术,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组手术出血量、手术时间、术后并发症发生率、IPSS指数低于对照组,最大尿流率、治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道双极等离子电切术治疗前列腺增生的临床疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic resection for prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:80 patients with prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with transurethral bipolar plasma resection,while the control group was treated with traditional prostatectomy,we compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the amount of bleeding,operation time,postoperative complications,IPSS index were lower than the control group,the maximum urinary flow rate,treatment efficiency were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic resection for prostatic hyperplasia was significant.
