免充气喉罩与气管导管在腔镜手术中的临床应用比较

Comparison of clinical application of gasless laryngeal mask airway and endotracheal tube in endoscopic surgery

目的:探讨免充气喉罩与气管导管在腔镜手术中的临床应用差异。方法:收治腹腔镜手术患者40例,随机分成免充气喉罩组和气管导管组,各20例。根据患者的体重,两组分别选择合适型号的免充气喉罩及气管导管。结果:免充气喉罩组在手术咳嗽、声音嘶哑、咳呛反应、苏醒时插管不能耐受方面明显优于气管导管组(P<0.05)。结论:免充气喉罩在腔镜手术中效果可靠,并发症少。

Objective:To investigate the difference of clinical application of non gas laryngeal mask airway and endotracheal tube in endoscopic surgery.Methods:40 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery were admitted,they were randomly divided into two groups:the non-inflatable laryngeal mask group and the tracheal catheter group with 20 cases in each group.Results:The patients in the non-pneumatic laryngeal mask group had significantly lower cough,hoarseness,cough response and intubation intolerance during recovery than those of the tracheal tube group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The gas free laryngeal mask airway is effective and reliable in endoscopic surgery.
