微创脊柱创伤手术对脊柱创伤患者的临床疗效研究

Clinical study on minimally invasive spinal trauma surgery for patients with spinal trauma

目的:探讨微创脊柱创伤手术对脊柱创伤患者的疗效。方法:收治脊柱创伤患者60例,随机分成对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组采用常规脊柱创伤手术治疗,研究组采用微创脊柱创伤手术治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组手术时间、术中出血量、平均住院时间、术后疼痛评分和并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:微创脊柱创伤手术治疗脊柱创伤的手术时间短、术中出血量少、安全、有效,与传统手术相比其优势更加明显。

Objective:To investigate the effect of minimally invasive spinal trauma surgery on patients with spinal trauma.Methods:60 patients with spinal trauma were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional spinal trauma surgery,and the study group was treated with minimally invasive spinal trauma surgery.Results:After the treatment,the operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,average hospitalization time,postoperative pain score and complication rate in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive spinal trauma surgery for spinal trauma has the advantages of shorter operation time,less bleeding,safety and effectiveness,and has more obvious advantages than traditional surgery.
