脑卒中是临床常见的脑血管病,是社区医院住院的主要病种之一,一般轻度的脑卒中在社区医院均能得到明确的诊断和适当、及时的治疗。但在临床工作中发现患者语言、肢体功能恢复的同时,又出现了一些新的症状,如失眠、记忆力减退,严重者出现意志消沉等,影响疾病的恢复。

Stroke is a common clinical cerebrovascular disease,it is one of the main diseases in community hospitals,general mild stroke in community hospitals can be clearly diagnosed and appropriate and timely treatment.But in clinical work,we found that with the recovery of patients'language and limb function,there are some new symptoms occurred at the same time,including insomnia,memory loss,serious depression,etc.,seriously affecting the recovery of disease.
