疱疹1号方合复方炉甘石洗剂治疗早期带状疱疹临床观察

Clinical observation of herpes zoster 1 prescription combined with compound calamine lotion in the treatment of early herpes zoster

目的:探讨疱疹1号方结合复方炉甘石洗剂对早期带状疱疹的临床疗效及后遗神经痛的影响,并探讨其机理。方法:收治早期带状疱疹患者100例,均接受口服疱疹1号方和外用复方炉甘石洗剂治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:治疗1周后,患者皮肤疱疹、皮肤神经疼痛、皮肤潮红肿胀的积分均明显低于治疗前。疱疹愈合平均12 d,皮肤疼痛缓解平均1个月。3个月后随访,疼痛完全缓解88%,无1例复发。后遗症神经痛发生率12%,后遗症神经痛VAS评分<2分,为轻微隐痛。结论:疱疹1号方合复方炉甘石洗剂针对早期带状疱疹治疗疗效显著,可明显缩短患者病程,降低后遗症神经痛的发生率,且无不良反应、安全性高。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of herpes zoster 1 prescription combined with compound calamine lotion in the treatment of early herpes zoster and its influence for sequelae neuralgia,and to explore the mechanism.Methods:100 patients with early herpes zoster were selected,they were treated with oral herpes zoster 1 prescription combined with compound calamine lotion for external use,we observed the therapeutic effect.Results:After 1 week of treatment,the scores of skin herpes,cutaneous nerve pain and skin flushing swelling were significantly lower than those before treatment.The average time for herpes healing was 12 days.The average duration of skin pain relief was 1 month.After 3 months of follow-up,the proportion of patients with complete pain relief was 88%.There was no recurrences in 1 case.The incidence of sequelae neuralgia was 12%.The VAS score of sequelae neuralgia was lower than 2 points,and it was slightly dull.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of herpes zoster 1 prescription combined with compound calamine lotion in the treatment of early herpes zoster was significant,it can significantly shorten the course of disease,reduce the incidence of sequelae neuralgia,and there was no adverse reactions,the safety was high.
