曲安奈德鼻喷剂联合鼻渊舒口服液治疗慢性鼻咽炎的效果观察

Effect of triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray combined with nasosinusitis relieving oral liquid in the treatment of chronic nasopharyngitis

目的:探讨曲安奈德鼻喷剂联合鼻渊舒口服液治疗慢性鼻咽炎的效果。方法:收治慢性鼻咽炎患者140例,分为对照组和试验组,每组各70例。对照组采用鼻渊舒口服液治疗,试验组采用曲安奈德鼻喷剂联合鼻渊舒口服液治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,试验组疾病控制率和临床症状积分均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:曲安奈德鼻喷剂联合鼻渊舒口服液治疗慢性鼻咽炎的效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray combined with nasosinusitis relieving oral liquid in the treatment of chronic nasopharyngitis.Methods:140 patients with chronic nasopharyngitis were selected,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was treated with nasosinusitis relieving oral liquid,the experimental group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray combined with nasosinusitis relieving oral liquid,we compared the therapeutic effects between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the disease control rate and clinical symptom scores in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray combined with nasosinusitis relieving oral liquid in the treatment of chronic nasopharyngitis was significant.
