高血压合并心房颤动患者心脏超声临床研究

Clinical study of echocardiography of hypertensive patients with atrial fibrillation

目的:探讨高血压合并心房颤动患者采用心脏超声检查的临床价值。方法:收治高血压患者60例,分为对照组35例和观察组25例。对照组为单纯高血压患者,观察组为高血压合并心房颤动患者,两组均接受心脏超声检查。结果:两组LVEDD与IVSD/LVPWa指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组E/A和LAD值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高血压合并心房颤动患者采用心脏超声检查的临床价值显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of echocardiography in patients with hypertension complicated with atrial fibrillation.Methods:60 hypertensive patients were selected,they were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was simple hypertensive patients,the observation group was hypertensive patients with atrial fibrillation,both groups underwent echocardiography.Results:There was no significant difference in LVEDD and IVSD/LVPWa between the two groups(P>0.05).The E/A and LAD values in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical value of echocardiography in patients with hypertension complicated with atrial fibrillation was significant.
