低剂量24层螺旋CT在颌面部外伤中的应用研究

Application of low dose 24 slice spiral CT in maxillofacial trauma

目的:探讨颌面部外伤患者应用低剂量24层螺旋CT的诊断价值。方法:收治颌面部外伤患者60例,分为观察组及对照组,观察组采用低剂量24层螺旋CT扫描以及图像重建处理技术,对照组采用常规剂量平面轴位或冠状位CT扫描,对比两种方法的图像质量及诊断效果。结果:两组诊断结果基本相符,图像质量均符合诊断要求。两组诊断复合骨折差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:颌面部外伤患者应用低剂量24层螺旋CT扫描技术,能减少辐射剂量,降低球管耗能,延长球管寿命,减少医源性损伤,缩短住院时间,对骨折及软组织损伤评估有重要参考价值,检出率高。

Objective:To explore the application value of low dose 24 slice spiral CT in maxillofacial trauma.Methods:60 patients with maxillofacial trauma were selected,they were divided into the observation group and the control group,the observation group used low-dose 24 slice spiral CT scanning and image reconstruction technology,the control group received routine dose plane axial or coronal CT scan,we compared the image quality and diagnostic effect of the two methods.Results:The diagnostic results of the two groups were basically consistent,and the image quality accorded with the diagnostic requirements.The difference of diagnosis of complex fracture between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of low-dose 24-slice spiral CT scanning technology in maxillofacial trauma patients can reduce radiation dose,reduce energy consumption of bulbar tube,prolong the life of bulbar tube,reduce iatrogenic injury and shorten hospitalization time,it had important reference value for fracture and soft tissue injury assessment,and the detection rate was high.
