摘要
目的:探讨低离子聚凝胺技术在临床输血检验中的应用价值。方法:收集输血的100例患者资料,所有患者均采用低离子聚凝胺法和盐水交叉配血法。结果:MPT法阳性检出率6.0%,盐水法阳性检出率2.0%,两种方法差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:盐水交叉配血法具有需要设备少、简便易行等优点,但难以将受血者的不完全抗体准确检验出来,低离子聚凝胺法能够检出受血者的不完全抗体,凝集便于观察,因此低离子聚凝胺技术应该在交叉配血实验中推广,减少漏检情况的发生,提高临床安全用血,保障患者生命安全。
Objective:To explore the application value of low ionic polycoagulant technology in clinical blood transfusion test.Methods:100 cases of blood transfusion data were collected,all patients were using low-ion polyamide method and salt water cross matching method.Results:The positive rate of MPT method was 6.0%,and that of saline method was 2.0%.The difference between the two methods was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Saline blood cross matching has the advantages of less equipment,simplicity and practicability,but it is difficult to accurately detect incomplete antibodies of recipients.Low-ion coagulation amine method can detect incomplete antibodies of recipients,and agglutination is easy to observe.Therefore,low-ion coagulation amine technology should be popularized in cross matching experiment and reduce the number of incomplete antibodies.The occurrence of missed detection can improve the safety of clinical blood and ensure the safety of patients.
