摘要
文章以医院护理管理工作存在的问题及对策为研究对象,首先对医院护理管理中存在的问题进行了具体的阐述分析,随后结合其存在的问题提出了一些针对性的对策以供参考。
The article takes the problems and countermeasures of hospital nursing management as the research object.Firstly,it analyzes the problems existing in hospital nursing management,and then puts forward some targeted countermeasures for reference.
