摘要
目的:探讨杨浦区医疗护理机构护工队伍的现状和存在问题。方法:采用问卷调查表和座谈会的形式,对区域内15家医疗护理机构的护工现状进行调查和访谈。结果:护工队伍中女性87.36%;>50岁60.00%;非上海户籍98.11%;初中及以下学历98.02%。持有专业技术证书的护工比例相对较低;流动性较大。结论:应完善护工管理体制,提高工会组织建会率和护工入会率;推进政府有关部门落实工作职责;切实加强护工专业知识培训;切实提高护工持证和技术技能等级;各级工会联动推进人文关怀。
Objective:To explore the current situation and problems of nursing workers in Yangpu district medical care institutions.Methods:Questionnaires and symposiums were used to investigate and interview the status quo of nurses in 15 medical and nursing institutions in the region.Results:87.36%of the nurses were female,60.00%were over 50 years old,98.11%were non-Shanghai registered,and 98.02%were junior middle school and below.The proportion of nurses with professional technical certificates is relatively low,and the mobility is relatively large.Conclusion:It is necessary to improve the management system of nursing workers,increase the rate of union organization and nurses'membership,promote the relevant government departments to fulfill their duties,strengthen the professional knowledge training of nursing workers,improve the level of nursing workers'certification and technical skills,and promote the humanistic care jointly by trade unions at all levels.
