基层社区医院2型糖尿病合并骨质疏松现况的调查

Investigation on the current situation of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis in grass roots community hospitals

目的:评估社区医院2型糖尿病患者对糖尿病合并骨质疏松知晓情况,为实行分级诊疗管控的一体化模式提供参考依据。方法:收治2型糖尿病患者235例。观察研究对象的糖尿病合并骨质疏松和其他慢性并发症及糖尿病合并骨质疏松认知情况。结果:糖尿病合并骨质疏松99例(42.1%),其中目前在合理治疗的患者仅50.5%。社区2型糖尿病患者中不了解骨质疏松(OP)相关知识及预防方法的分别占44.3%和41.3%。结论:社区2型糖尿病患者对糖尿病合并骨质疏松知晓度欠佳,分级诊疗体系和信息共享互联的管理模式可能将取得良好的临床效果。

Objective:To evaluate the awareness of diabetes combined with osteoporosis in patients with type 2 diabetes in community hospitals,to provide reference for implementing the integrated mode of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment management.Methods:235 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected.We observed the cognitive status of diabetes mellitus associated with osteoporosis and other chronic complications and diabetes mellitus associated with osteoporosis cognition.Results:99 cases(42.1%)of diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis were found,of which only 50.5%of patients had reasonable treatment.44.3%and 41.3%of type 2 diabetic patients in the community did not know about osteoporosis(OP)related knowledge and prevention methods,respectively.Conclusion:Type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in community have poor awareness of diabetes mellitus complicated with osteoporosis.Graded diagnosis and treatment system and information sharing interconnected management model may achieve good clinical results.
