维生素AD对儿童免疫功能的影响调查

Effect of vitamin AD on immune function in children

目的:探讨维生素AD对儿童免疫功能的影响。方法:收治反复下呼吸道感染患儿300例,非反复下呼吸道感染患儿230例,在自愿原则下检测血清维生素A、D水平。结果:300例反复下呼吸道感染患儿中维生素A缺乏216例,维生素D缺乏68例。230例非反复下呼吸道感染患儿维生素A缺乏71例,维生素D缺乏24例。结论:维生素A、D在我地反复下呼吸道感染儿童中存在严重缺乏现象,维生素A尤为突出。

Objective:To explore the effect of vitamin AD on immune function in children.Methods:300 children with recurrent lower respiratory tract infection and 230 children without recurrent lower respiratory tract infection were collected.The serum levels of vitamin A and vitamin D were measured voluntarily.Results:300 children with recurrent lower respiratory tract infection and 230 children without recurrent lower respiratory tract infection were collected,the serum levels of vitamin A and D were determined under voluntary principle.Results:in 300 children with recurrent lower respiratory tract infection,vitamin A deficiency was found in 216 cases and vitamin D deficiency in 68 cases.230 there were 71 cases of vitamin A deficiency and 24 cases of vitamin D deficiency in children with non recurrent lower respiratory tract infection.Conclusion:Vitamin A and D are seriously deficient in children with recurrent lower respiratory tract infection,especially vitamin A.
