微信预约服务在提高社区小儿推拿患者满意度中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析使用微信预约功能在提高社区小儿推拿患者满意度中的作用。方法:在上海市静安区彭浦镇社区卫生服务中心进行小儿推拿治疗的患者进行了满意度问卷调查。比较使用微信与不使用微信预约的患者满意率,分析小儿推拿患者满意率的影响因素。结果:患者总体满意率95.73%,运用微信预约的患者满意度98.12%,不运用微信预约的患者满意度90.23%,其中诊疗等候时间对满意度影响最大。小儿推拿患者在医院的逗留时间越长,总体满意率越低。结论:运用微信这种简便易行的方法预约就诊医生以及就诊时间,可大大提高患者的满意度。 Objective:To analyze the effect of WeChat appointment services in improving satisfaction of community patients treated with infant massage.Methods:A questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of family members of patients treated with infant massage was conducted at Pengpu Town Community Health Service Center,Jing’an District,Shanghai was carried out.We compared the satisfaction rate of patients who used WeChat appointment and that of patients who did not,and analyzed the satisfaction rate factors of patients treated with infant massage by adopting multi-layer logistic model.Results:The overall satisfaction rate of patient treated with infant massage in Shanghai Pengpu Town Community Health Service Center was 95.73%,98.12% for those who used WeChat appointment,and 90.23% for those who didn not used,among which the waiting time for treatment has the greatest impact on satisfaction rate.The longer the patients treated with infant massage stay in hospital,the lower the overall satisfaction rate was.Conclusion:Patients’ satisfaction rate can be greatly improved by adopting this simple and easy way to make appointments for doctors and visiting time.
