全科医生职业认同感影响因素分析及策略研究

Influencing factors and strategies of general practitioner's professional identity

目的:随着社会的不断发展,社会分工越来越细。而全科医生由于工作的要求,需要掌握更多的知识和技能,但是全科医生目前出现了职业认同感较低的问题。当前普遍的全科医生对自身的职业认同感较低的问题受到了社会的广泛关注,本文主要对全科医生当前的职业现状、全科医生职业认同感的重要性以及全科医生职业认同感影响因素及解决措施进行了分析。希望我国的全科医生得到更好的发展,并促进我国医疗卫生事业的健康持续发展。

With the continuous development of society,the division of labor is becoming more and more detailed.The general practitioner needs to master more knowledge and skills because of the job requirements,but the general practitioner has a low sense of professional identity.At present,the problem of general practitioners'low professional identity has aroused widespread concern in society.This paper mainly analyzes the current occupational status of general practitioners,the importance of general practitioners'professional identity,and the influencing factors and solutions of general practitioners'professional identity.It is hoped that the general practitioners in our country will get better development and promote the healthy and sustainable development of our medical and health undertakings.
