With the development of Internet and information technology,the economy has entered the sharing economy times which is a composition of huge amount small and micro enterprises plus network platform.As the main body of small and micro enterprises,venture enterprises have the same characteristics with small and micro enterprises.Their development and survival depends on the network platform.As an important part of small and micro enterprise+platform,public innovation space has great influence on venture enterprises.Only by completing its own operation mechanism and systematic construction,can the value creation and enterprise growth of venture enterprises under the shared economic model be promoted.The characteristic of sharing economy is to get a good ecological cycle in sharing and gain value growth together.As the foundation of this model,the ecosystem construction is closely related to venture enterprises.
