摘要
采用静电纺丝技术制备了聚乙烯醇/海藻酸钠/聚多巴胺膜改性涤纶织物,通过多巴胺原位聚合的方法改善静电纺功能层与涤纶织物之间的界面结合力,研究多巴胺的浓度对水洗前后改性涤纶织物的克重、透气率、静电半衰期、亲水性能及力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,静电纺丝技术可成功的将聚乙烯醇/海藻酸钠/聚多巴胺膜附着在涤纶织物表面,聚多巴胺提高了纤维膜对涤纶的粘附能力和成膜连续性,当多巴胺的浓度为6 g/L,改性涤纶表面膜形态较好,改性后涤纶的亲水性、抗静电性、力学性能和耐水洗性都得到较大改善。
Polyvinyl alcohol/sodium alginate/poly dopamine fiber membranes are prepared by electrospinning technique to modified the polyester fabric.The interfacial adhesion between electrospun functional membrane layer and polyester fabric was improved by in situ polymerization of dopamine.The effect of dopamine concentration on gram weight,air permeability,half-life of static electricity,hydrophilicity and mechanical properties of modified polyester fabric before and after washing was studied.The results showed that the polyvinyl alcohol/sodium alginate/poly dopamine fiber membranes had been successfully attached to the surface of polyester fabrics.The adhesion ability and continuity of fiber membranes on polyester fabric were improved by polydopamine.When the concentration of dopamine is6g/L,the fiber membrane on the surface of modified polyester fabrics has good fiber morphology.The hydrophilicity,antistatic property,mechanical properties and washability of modified polyester have been greatly improved.
