不同栽培基质对蚂蝗七生长及开花的影响

摘要 配制A(泥炭∶珍珠岩=3∶1)、B(泥炭∶珍珠岩∶蚯蚓土=1.5∶1.0∶1.5)、C(泥炭∶珍珠岩∶蚯蚓土∶黄沙=1.0∶1.0∶1.0∶1.0)、D(泥炭∶珍珠岩∶蚯蚓土∶碎石=1.0∶1.0∶1.0∶1.0)、E(泥炭∶珍珠岩∶蚯蚓土∶园土=1.0∶1.0∶1.0∶1.0)5种不同栽培基质进行蚂蝗七的盆栽试验。测定5种不同栽培基质对蚂蝗七生长量、移栽成活率及开花率的影响,并对这5种基质的理化指标进行检测。结果发现,基质A、E对蚂蝗七的生长更有利,且以基质A中蚂蝗七的移栽成活率及开花率更高,说明基质A最适合蚂蝗七盆栽使用。对5种基质的理化指标分析发现,基质A的pH最低(5.540)偏酸性,基质B、C、D、E都偏中性;基质A、B的容重较小,而基质C、D、E的容重较大;基质A、B、E的孔隙度较大,说明其通气性优于基质C、D。可见在蚂蝗七栽培基质配制时应着重考虑基质的通气性和酸碱度。 Five kinds of substrates were prepared for pot experiment of Primulina fimbrisepala.The substrates included A:peat∶perlite=3.0∶1.0,B:peat∶perlite∶earthworm soil=1.5∶1.0∶1.5,C:peat∶perlite∶earthworm soil∶yellow sand=1.0∶1.0∶1.0∶1.0,D:peat∶perlite∶earthworm soil∶gravel=1.0∶1.0∶1.0∶1.0,and E:peat∶perlite∶earthworm soil∶garden soil=1.0∶1.0∶1.0∶1.0.The results showed that substrate A and E were more beneficial to the growth of P.fimbrisepala,and the survival rate of transplanting and flowering rate of P.fimbrisepala in substrate A were higher,indicating that substrate A was most suitable for potted cultivation of P.fimbrisepala.The analysis of physical and chemical indexes of five kinds of substrates showed that the pH of substrate A was the lowest(5.540)and acidic,while substrate B,C,D and E were neutral.The bulk density of matrix A and B was smaller,while that of matrix C,D and E was larger.The porosity of substrate A,B and E was larger,which indicated that the ventilation of substrate A,B and E was better than that of substrate C and D.It can be concluded that the ventilation and acid-base should be considered in preparing cultivation substrate for P.fimbrisepala.
