摘要 [目的]探讨土壤硒含量和硒肥施用量与水稻产量及硒吸收利用之间的关系。[方法]以嘉58粳稻品种为供试材料,分别在6种不同硒含量的土壤上,通过施用一定量硒肥而形成水稻硒含量水平及产量的差异变化,研究硒转化吸收利用的规律。[结果]喷施硒肥2 250 mg/hm^2,产量提升5.72%。大米硒含量=38.18%土壤硒含量+0.02%喷施硒肥量。[结论]该研究为富硒水稻生产硒肥施用提供理论依据。 [Objective]To explore the relationship between the soil selenium and foliar selenium and the yield of rice,selenium absorption and Utillxation.[Method]Taking JIA58japonica rice varieties as the tested materials,and the difference of selenium content and yield of rice was formed by using a certain amount of foliar selenium in6kinds of soil with differents soil selenium.Furthermore,the laws of selenium conversion and utilization were studied.[Result]Spraying 2250mg/hm2foliar selenium,and the yield increased by 5.72%.The formula was summarized as follows:selenium content in rice=38.18%selenium in soil+0.02%the quantities of spraying foliar selenium.[Conclusion]The study provide basis for foliar selenium application in the production of selenium enriched rice.
