在脱贫攻坚阶段,探索建立创新驱动的长效机制,是贯彻精准扶贫、精准脱贫基本方略的有效途径。以福建省扶贫开发工作重点县——清流县为例,梳理了其精准扶贫工作的主要做法,总结了精准扶贫过程中存在的主要问题,并从创新驱动的角度就进一步做好精准扶贫工作提出了切实可行的对策和建议,希望能为其他地区提供可资借鉴的范本和经验。

In the stage of overcoming poverty,it is an effective way to carry out the basic strategy of accurate poverty alleviation and accurate poverty eradication by exploring the long effect mechanism driven by innovation.Taking Qingliu County in Fujian Province as an example,the main approaches of precision poverty alleviation were introduced,the main existing problems were summarized,and several feasible countermeasures and suggestions were put forward,in order to provide other regions with models and experiences that can be used for reference.
