摘要
本文以发生断裂事故较多的110kV和220kV支柱绝缘子为研究对象,采用三维建模软件SolidWorks建立支柱绝缘子三维实体模型,再导入ANSYS软件中设置模型、缺陷的物理参数,通过施加振动激励,对不同状态支柱绝缘子的模态和功率谱进行仿真分析,验证了振动声学测量不同型号高压支柱瓷绝缘子的理论的可行性。
In this paper,the 110kV and 220kV post insulators with more fracture accidents are taken as research object,the3D solid model of the post insulators are established by using the3D modeling software SolidWorks and imported into the ANSYS software,then the physical parameters of the model and defects are set.By applying vibration excitation,the modal and power spectra of different state post insulators are analyzed,the feasibility of vibro-acoustic measurement of different types of high-voltage post porcelain insulators are verified.
