服务地方产业转型升级的创新性应用型人才培养探索——以龙岩学院材料科学与工程专业为例 被引量:1

摘要 在地方应用型高校转型发展过程中,龙岩学院坚持"根植红土、致力应用、彰显特色、服务发展"的办学理念,培养应用型人才,为地方经济建设和社会事业发展服务。本文结合当前材料行业的发展规律,针对产业转型升级对新材料的巨大需求,提出了材料科学与工程专业在培养应用型人才的同时,应注重创新能力的培养,提高服务地方产业的能力,结合学校材料科学与工程专业十多年的办学经验与探索,提出了提升大学生创新能力的具体实践途径,具有一定的参考价值。 In the process of transformation and development of local applied universities,Longyan College adheres to the school-running concept of"rooting in laterite,devoting itself to application,highlighting characteristics and serving development",and trains applied talents to serve local economic construction and social development.Combining with the development law of the current material industry and the huge demanding for new materials and for the transformation and upgrading of the industry,this paper puts forward that the specialty of material science and engineering should pay attention to the cultivation of innovative ability and improve the ability to serve the local industry while cultivating applied talents.The specialty of material science and engineering has been run for more than ten years.Learning experience and exploration put forward specific practical ways to enhance the innovative ability of College students,which has a certain reference value.
