Summary of Research on Psychological Capital of Medical College Students

心理资本是个体成长中的一种积极心理状态,医学院校大学生心理资本现状总体良好,心理资本与心理健康状况、主观幸福感、医师核心能力呈正相关,据此,医学院校应继续加强大学生心理健康教育,同时在课程体系增设积极心理资本内容,医学生也应发挥主观能动性,促进积极心理资本养成。

Psychological capital is a kind of positive mental state in individual growth.The present state of psychological capital of medical college students is generally good.Psychological capital is positively correlated with mental health status,subjective well-being and physicians'core competence.So,Medical colleges should continue to strengthen the mental health of college students,and add positive psychological capital to the curriculum,and medical students should also play the subjective initiative to promote the development of positive psychological capital.
