摘要
阐述了3D打印技术在高校教学中的应用现状,深入分析教学过程中存在的具体问题,结合实践教学经验,提出具体的策略与方法。三维造型设计课程以理实一体化的改革思路和设计方法来实现学生的培养任务,将3D打印实训与三维造型软件相结合,采用教、学、做、评、赛一体化的课程设计方法,使学生完成从设计到生产成品的全过程,为学生提供真实直观的视觉感受,同时提高学生的创新和动手能力,使他们在产品设计、产品制造、逆向工程等多方面得到综合发展。从而,使高校能够培养出更适合现在设计制造业的、掌握三维设计的实用性人才。
The application status of3D printing technology in college teaching is expounded,and the specific problems existing in the teaching process are analyzed in depth.Combined with practical teaching experience,specific strategies and methods are proposed.The three-dimensional modeling design course realizes the training task of students with rational integration ideas and design methods,combines3D printing training with3D modeling software,and adopts the curriculum design method of teaching,learning,doing,evaluation and competition integration.To enable students to complete the whole process from design to production,to provide students with a true and intuitive visual experience,while improving students'innovation and hands-on ability,so that they can be comprehensively developed in product design,product manufacturing,reverse engineering and many other aspects.Therefore,the university can cultivate practical talents who are more suitable for the current design and manufacturing and master the three-dimensional design.
