抗肿瘤药物及其对实体瘤组织的靶向穿透作用研究进展

Advances in anti-tumor drugs and their targeted penetration of solid tumor tissues

近年来肿瘤在发生发展过程中微环境的变化受到了广泛的关注和研究,这使得我们对肿瘤的生长与演变的机制有了更深的了解,本文通过介绍近年来较为新型的抗肿瘤药物及抑制肿瘤方法的研究进展,结合微环境的变化特征,探讨目前广泛使用的抗肿瘤药物对实体瘤组织的靶向穿透的机制及效果。

In recent years,the microenvironment changes in the process of tumor development have received extensive attention and research,which has enabled us to have a deeper understanding of the mechanism of tumor growth and evolution.This paper introduces new anti-tumor drugs and inhibition methods recently,combined with the characteristics of microenvironment,to explore the mechanism and effect of the widely used anti-tumor drugs on the targeted penetration of solid tumor tissues.
